I know that we were very needy clients – it was our first experience with a realtor and we had no idea what to expect but had heard stories about what it might be like. We were so blown away by the pleasant experience with Simon, and will never go through this process without a realtor, aka SIMON, again. He watched for every red flag, thought of things we’d never know to think of, and really managed our expectations when it came to timing, cost, and type of home we wanted. Our home was sold in less than a week, and by listening to what we wanted, he found our dream house for us in almost that same time.
