As all the other reviews have mentioned before, Simon is truly the top-tier realtor in the OKC area. As first time home-buyers, and also being from out of state, Simon went above and beyond in all ways to help us make the best decision. When looking at homes, he helped us identify things that would’ve gone unnoticed by most, as well as helping us understand why a certain home stood out positively. Additionally, we bothered him so often with face-time calls and texts at random times since we were not local, and yet he always treated us with such class and care. He even drove us around town multiple times to show us neighborhoods we had at first not considered (and we ended up buying one of those!) I have already personally recommended Simon to two other couples moving to OKC and would suggest him for your buying/selling needs.
